"The property was nice and clean. The employees were very nice. The one issue I had was with the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was on time but the driver was very rude. We were leaving from terminal 1 and asked the driver to drop at that location. The drive instead dropped at terminal 2 and basically told us to find I own way. If I were the manager of the property I would differently hire a new driver or at least monitor the driver's attitude. "

We did need to change terminals but that was easy on the airport tram. Then to head to the city on the metro/train was super easy. "Really convenient hotel for Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle included, and some great added facilities for the kids, such as an indoor playground and swimming pool with slide. Perfect place to stay for a couple of days of visiting the Disney parks. Would recommend to any families as a much cheaper alternative to the Disney Resort hotels.
