"Stayed for 2 nights with family while visiting Bled. We had originally booked the Rikil Balance (part of the same group of hotels), but it seems when booking, the hotel hadn't anticipated winter, and closed it for the winter season a few months before our trip, thus we were moved to the Hotel Park. It's a well presented hotel with a lovely pool area. Rooms were comfortable and some lovely views across the lake. It's not the quietest of hotels with some loud TV noise coming from an upstairs room...

"A great central point for exploring Kranjska Gora and its surrounding villages. Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. The hotel rooms are clean and have their own balcony, staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure! "

"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "
