"All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. The hotel felt safe and was 5 minutes walk away from Sforzesco Castle and within easy walking distance of the Duomo and neighbouring shopping areas."

"Perfect location for this hotel, less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The roof top is awesome, great experience. If your room faces the street, you will hear the traffic down below. The bed is super hard, same with pillows. The breakfast is excellent, great selection in the morning. Mark at the front desk was awesome, he helped us with all of our requests and questions. He made our stay even more enjoyable. "
