"Das Hotel wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren renoviert und sieht echt hübsch aus. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer und Meerblick. Es war etwas spartanisch und die Fernseher sind etwas klein (wurde nicht genutzt), aber es ist sauber und die zwei Balkone sind echt cool. Essen entspricht nicht lokalen Maßstäben,also nichts besonderes, aber auf keinen Fall schlecht. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann sich echt sehen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. "

"The location is excellent; however the building is dilapidated. There is a huge mosquito problem due to the lack of regular fumigation. On the good side, the restaurant has excellent food and service and the beach is super nice. "

"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kaliakra: quality food, very helpful personell, child friendly, a few steps to the beach. The downside from my point of view is that there is actually no area on the beach itself reserved for Kaliakra clients. That means that on the beach you will not be able to hire umbrella, etc. Also it is extremely noisy until 12am if you have booked the room with the sea view. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel"

"The location was perfect for our needs a car Is definitely required. The appartment didn’t have sufficient things to cook a basic meal. No oven or microwave and just a basic 2 pan hob. The pool is very nice and large. We had to ask for a toaster and kettle to be supplied. Overall we managed to get by but would have been perfect if more cooking items were provided. The view is beautiful from the balcony."
