Forbidden city is walking distance. Whats app, youtube, google, facebook, and other apps dont work in china, also most shops (and i mean most) dont accept visa, make sure to have we chap or ali pay downloaded and ready, or take out cash from lots of near by ATMs or Money exchange. Hotel location might be a little far from the main city area, but i liked it the tranquility around the area. The nearest metro station is about 10-15mins walk through the mall nearby."

"When I arrived the front desk staff, particularly Frank was excellent at helping me with an issue I was having. He went out of his way to help me, even calling a few people on my behalf. The hotel location was very convenient, easy walking to two subways and multiple bus lines. "

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"The only thing I didn’t like was the pool attendant. He was a bit bossy and overbearing about the rules of the pool. He made for a tense experience. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. Very modern. They could also suspend with all the security guards around. Men in black suits. Makes you feel like you are being stalked. The restaurant was very good. "
