"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. Extremely recommended."

"Definitely the rooms are not 4 stars. Overall nice place, nice service. Very hot in the rooms and hall. No matter what you set the room temperature it would blow more hot air. Told the front desk we’re told the main A/C was still set on heat, turn it off and open window. That let more outside heat and Sun in. As evening temperatures dropped the room cooled off. Closed window to sleep to not hear outside noise then couldn’t sleep because of heat again. Breakfast was good. Don’t think I would...
