"We had a wonderful stay! Will be back next year :) Staff was lovely and accommodating. Our driver Oscar who was recommended to us for our airport pick up and drop off was amazing! Highly recommend him for any excursions as well 😊 We had caught a sailfish on our fishing trip and the kitchen staff cooked it up for us and it was delicious in a fish taco! So grateful for all of the memories and kindness! Thank you Santa Fe :) "

"Wonderful stay, wonderful hotel, love the attention to detail. The staff was fantastic and so was the food. The only flaw: the toilet in the room is not actually separated from the room itself - as the wall doesn't go the full height. Which means no privacy when using the toilet and someone else is in the room... neither ventilation... Could be solved easily with a glass partition or simply extending the wall all the way to the cieling. "

Además en la colonia donde se ubica, nos tocó la habitación #7 que daba a una calle atrás muy ruidosa, si tienes el sueño ligero esto puede afectar tu descanso. Y las primeras dos noches tuvimos unos vecinos muy ruidosos que no respetaron el reglamento y horarios. No supimos quienes eran los que estaban haciendo ruido en exceso(traían la fiesta afuera de...

"Checking into this hotel felt like being welcomed into the host's home. The room was spotless, and the pool was a perfect after a long drive. The quiet, beachside location made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, with only the sound of ocean waves – no traffic or tourist noise. Although there was a power outage during my stay that affected the whole area (out of the hotel's control), they quickly moved me to a room with power and ensured I had everything I needed. I highly recommend...
