"We were happy with all aspects of our stay. Just a minor thing, the floor mat and area outside the door was covered in leaves and dirt making me wonder how clean the room was going to be. Secondly we were disappointed that the tea making facilities didn't have biscuits. We had a very long day with road closures and the first thing we like on arrival is a cup of tea and biscuits."

"Would highly recommend as the Hotel is conveniently located with easy access and friendly professional staff. Room is quiet, very comfortable and bathroom clean and overall well appointed room. The convenience of tea and coffee facilities and the access to the West's for meals is good. We had a fire emergency in the morning of our stay and the staff were well drilled and efficient in having all guests evacuated without fuss and ensure utmost safety. Everyone was kept well informed. "
