Unfortunately when we arrived we were put in a room that was in poor conditions. The room looked nothing like the room in the pictures upon booking, it smelt of cigarettes and was very run down. It wasn't until i spoke to management and expressed our disappointment that they immediately moved us to a new room, which looked to have been newly renovated, much like to pictures on their booking website. Management were kind and considerate, we are super happy with their service. But think they should look into maintaining the quality of all rooms, especially for the price you are paying.
