"One of our rooms still had a discarded pizza box from a previous user still with food in it. Communal toilets are very old and battered. Some of the rooms we couldn't open the balcony doors. The restaurant staff gave the feeling that they didn't want to be there. The rooms, food and facilities from a comfort point of view are excellent and the reception chap we booked in with was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Would stay again. "

"Great room! We were surprised and very good for the family especially for two year olds. The only thing is that our room didn’t have a fridge? Maybe it is because you need to pay slightly extra for the premium room but would have been good to know if the room came with a fridge or not. Having a two year old we needed to store milk!"

"Doubletree by Hilton is located within a short walk from Woking rail station, shopping centre with supermarket, take-away places and pubs. We stayed in a Premier room with king bed on the 7th floor. The bed was comfortable. Room was large and comfortable, with large desk, two chairs, large TV, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge. The lighing was also good. Free WiFi was excellent. Items that can improve a five-day stay include: additional drawer space, more wardrobe space."
