"This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant ."

In particular the person checking us in was wonderful, we were having such a bad journey resulting in the hotel booking as an unplanned expense and she cheered me right up.
