"Contacted the property manager multiple times about issues including dirty floors and counters and failed fire alarm. Never resolved and communication often took close to 24 hours for response. Very disappointing. "

"Apartment was perfectly fine and spacious, well equipped kitchen and great parking spot. Though there probably isn’t much the owners can do about it - the bedrooms were unbearably hot in July. Also the beds are very small doubles."

"The cottage is placed on a calm street, but is still close to everything in Farnham and is very easy to get to. The owners are lovely and very accommodating if you need help. The bed is supercomfy, and the cottage has everything you need to stay. I stayed 4 nights."

"Terrible experience. Stayed with daughter to convalesce from surgery. Heating broken, no lights in main bedroom/en-suite or sitting room. TV faulty, dishwasher broken with smelly waste. Security chain on front door broken, carbon monoxide alarm not working freezing Cold. Flat info not correct for entry or services. Phone to report Stay Beyond team kept promising that maintenance were coming but they never turned up. Asked to be moved but offered accommodation and hour away which wasn't possible...

"A charming older property from the outside. The stairs were a bit steep. I didn't like the fact that the key had to be used to unlock and lock the room making it hatter to flee in the case of an emergency. The shower in my room was tiny. The people were lovely and keen to help. "
