THe walker track outside the lake is very nice and fresh but no duck catching is permitted. The swimming pool is very nice . checkout extension allowed but it was foolly bookered for next day so they dont allow me to extend one more day. "

They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."

"We have been staying at Saixiang Hotel since 2015. We love the staff at Saixiang. They make us feel welcome and comfortable, and over the years many become like friends. Our special thanks to Sun Jing, Liu Qing, Zhang Sheng, and the hotel driver Mr. Li; Zhang Lei and the staff at breakfast buffet; and the concierge Wang Hanfeng and others. They are very nice and professional, and we think they are the best staff ever. We do hope the Executive Lounge will open the next time we visit~"
