"We went there as a family and they were very accommodating, so friendly, each room has its own water heater which is a plus, once I got a hang on why my water heater kept clicking off (can happen to those water heaters) it was smooth sailing from there, nice reception, nice staff all around. "This is a wonderful boutique hotel set on a gorgeous sandy beach. The gardens and pool are beautiful. It’s a very quiet relaxing place with very friendly, helpful staff. There are two kayaks and a paddleboard available free of charge. There is a hotel spa that offers massages on the beach and also a massage place on the beach next to the hotel. The hotel restaurant is very good. For more choice, the Intercontinental Hotel is next door and there are a couple of restaurants just a short walk...

"This resort is in a beautiful cliff side location with rocky beach access and a beautiful pool and restaurant overlooking the sea and pool. Villa rooms are sea front. The property shows its age. Our villa was well equipped and nicely decorated with a vintage look. Renovation should be in its future, everything was in working order during our stay. We would stay again. The included breakfast is prepared to order "

"second time for us. Pro's - great staff, friendly manager, great food, it's isolated (but if you get the grab app you can get a cab to lamai) and great villa. For improvement- no mats on the beds around the pool or cushions on the sitting area. The decking has also seen better days and needs repair. We still enjoyed it lots, good value for money."
