The main drawback for us was that the room was poorly ventilated - no bathroom fan and no way to open a window. This made the room a bit stuffy at times. "The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

It seemed he was more focused on serving the next guest in line than on offering me thoughtful assistance. A more attentive response would have made my experience much better."
