"Levels was amazing! Its quaint atmosphere was so very inviting and the staff was truly so hospitable and AMAZING! The rooms were clean, spacious and the views were out of this world. We were provided exceptional service from Kumara, Rasika,Thilina, Sehan yasmka and chef sujith. They were friendly and kind, and the food prepared by chef Sujith was so so delicious — authentic Sri Lankan food to innovative new creations, he can do it all. "Beautiful view from rooftop (4th floor) pool and from restaurant / lobby area (2nd floor). Only rooms on 3rd floor have sea view. Those on 1st floor and ground floor can only see garden. Nothing around the property so need transport if don't want to eat in hotel. Reasonable quality food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast, but nothing special."

"One of few hotels with its almost private beach. Boutique but a little rough around the edges - so what if nothing is perfect - this isn’t Maldives. Great food, really friendly staff. No loud music and respectful guests. They are offering a great product, that’s why guests return. Easy tuktuk to busier area and boats to take you elsewhere. We were genuinely sad to leave. "

Hotel pool wasn’t cleaned early enough for us to swim one morning (not open until after 8). Sri Lankan brekkie available as well as eggs and Gandon’s style, serving sizes were very generous. "
