Dies wollte ich gegen ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen getauscht haben. Nett nachgefragt und ohne Probleme in die 6. Etage gewechselt. Both elevators broken while I was there, key card magnets were flawed. Had some other issues, and the manager responded well.
