"Friendly staff, huge dinning room, no queues. Nice fresh food, went all inclusive, so the drinks were flowing, 2 big pools , plenty of sunbeds. Shops onsite , General store 24/7 and if u smoke 4 places u cant smoke in ur room, but balcony ok, dining area, reception and kiddies pool. The tattoo shop was my highlight, has £2000 ink machine, effortlessly tattoos, great guy and u must get a pedicure, lovely lady very thorough"

"Usually in hotels you can leave your suitcase if the plane is after check-out and then take a shower. It is logical that the guest will spend time on the beach after check out and want to wash up after it. This hotel does not have this service. Although the hotel is 4 stars. I found garbage in the sea, it was dirty. They use a lot of plastic in the hotel. Zero eco friendliness. Wi-fi did not work, the reception did not help to set it up. They said that they could not do anything about it....

"Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly and courteous. Certain staff however need to change their attitude to guests. The chefs, front of house and management were fantastic. The food is standard across most of these hotels I believe. It was value for money. The seating for the entertainment in the evening could be improved. Location and setting for the hotel is great for sun worshippers.The whole stay was very relaxing and definitely some for those looking to chill!! "

"Bir geceliğine uğradık. İşletmecileri çok ilgiliydi ve süitlerde herşey düşünülmüş. Sıradanlıktan uzak tatlı ve küçük bir işletme. Negatif noktalar; yatak double değil iki yek yatağın birleştirilmiş haliydi ve ne yazık ki gıcırdıyordu. Giriş holündeki koltuk da ne yazık ki rahatsız bir tercih olmuş. Ses yalıtımı anlamında da ne yazık ki çok zayıf. Gece geç ve sabah erken saatlerde üst kattan çok gürültü aldık. Çözümü olduğunu düşünmediğimiz ve ertesi gün ayrılacağımız için de bildirmekle...

"I would have loved this property if it had parking , elivator (4 th floor and carying bags up stairs). Bed's were good but very soft. "

"Same breakfast and same dinner for the five days that I stayed in this hotel. Bedsheets, towels and the room was cleaned once in five days. Nice three swimming pools. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. "

"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."
