"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

"This may be one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in my life. It feels like some guy bought a hotel out of bankruptcy, had no idea how to run a hotel, then decided to cut corners to make the math work. Property is ok to decent, but the rooms are abysmal. Also, I paid both on hotels.com and at the property (a full additional night for some unknown reason). Rooms need a 100% makeover.
