To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. "The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."

There are 10 different spas and 2 pools- inside and outside which our kids loved! The room is very nice with comfortable beds. Our teenagers stayed upstairs with 2 beds and we were downstairs. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a bottle of water at checkout! The room was comfortable. The restaurant had a buffet--nothing vegan. The hotel frowned upon ordering in so I had to go back out. This was mildly annoying. "
