"Business trip to Debrecen. Hotel is in excellent condition; polite staff, good English Finding entrance to garage is nightmare; like going thru a puzzle. Personnally, from the outside: a big concrete block ( horrible) chucked into a historic city center... bad decision from city leaders"

"Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. "

"The room cleaning service was terrible the front desk staff was helpful but gave the wrong information about parking I ended up have a ticket when asked about the coffee capsules in the room they said we only fill once on your arrival then you are on your own which is really not a 5 star standard it’s over all not a very friendly city "

"Charming staff in this out of town hotel. The room was lovely, though the hospital style beds were a little alarming at first (top tip, don’t leap onto the bed as they are very hard!).
