The place is clean, double bed in a separate room with ensuite. Ensuite has a shower over bath which is also a jet spa. Lovely water pressure from the shower. A single bed in the lounge. Functional kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilites. Quite creaky floors, we were on the 1st floor. Otherwise was a quiet area, near the beach, walkable...

"This was the best overall place we stayed during our two months in New Zealand. Each room has a separate section of a huge balcony with stunning views, comfortable patio furniture. The room was large, comfortable, with large picture windows. The bathroom was large and modern with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious with a number of options to choose from and the hosts were terrific, friendly, knowledgeable about the area."
