"We booked this stay at the beginning of our Philippines travel as a treat to ourselves. The grounds were immaculate, the room was spotless and the staff were incredibly welcoming and aimed to go above and beyond - especially Ronnell who drove the van to/ from Alona Beach. Unfortunately not all restaurants were open as advertised. During the day only the Food Court was open and at night only the Food Court and Monkey Bar (at the beach) were open. "Their advertising is very misleading. They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining "
