The pool was right on our doorstep and the reception and dining area was clean comfortable and welcoming. The gardens were beautiful. The thing we liked most was how quiet it was. "This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive. Seemed very over priced despite private pool."

"It is just perfect! The location is great, the stuff is amazing and the hotel itself is extremely cute! The stuff at the reception helps with everything, from organising tours, drivers, amazing massages to dinner reservations. We just loved staying here. When we go back to Panglao, we won’t stay anywhere else, for sure!"
