"very happy stay"

"This was a nice hotel. It seemed to be more suited for business travelers but I have to say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. During our stay a large tour group arrived and they were lined up for the elevators, staff escorted us up first so we didnt have to stand in line. Very nice touch. The hotwl is close to everything and have all the basic toiletries. Only complaint is they lock the thermastat so the room was hot and we could not cool it down. We came across this issue at...

"Very kind helpful staff, deep soaker tub in the bathroom, great selection at breakfast, and perfectly located for trains and restaurants. The only downside was that the bed in our original room was very soft and sunken so we asked to be moved to a different room. "

"We stayed mid March, it was 18 degrees outside and they turned off the air-conditioning in the lobby which made it really stuffy, not very welcoming. If you forget to bring ur facial products they do have the usual cleanser, toner, moisturiser. The shampoo and conditioner provided caused my hair to be super dry, I had to buy hair treatment and leave-in conditioner. The double bed was quite small and squeezy for 2. Everything else was ok. Will stay again but perhaps book a room with a bigger bed...
