"This Spa hotel is excellent. Sadly next door hotel is being rebuilt so weekday 9-5 is very noisy at front of hotel. The spa is excellent, the food is good and it is not the hotel’s fault about the neighbour hotel rebuild programme. I am lucky as I’m now in a villa away from the builders and no longer hear them. Be clear when you book if you plan to be in the hotel during weekday daytime you can deal with the noise."

The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. I loved my private pool and villa but this is definitely a budget accommodation . If you have the cash stay somewhere near central Ubud."

"We really enjoyed our family stay at Sakti Resort. The grounds are lovely and nestled in the jungle; the pool is lovely (though a bit deep for littles), and the service was warm, receptive and responsive. There are lots of dining options across the street too (including a cute french style bakery and cafe). We had an adjoining room for our kids and the format worked perfectly. "Resort was a lot smaller than what I was expected. Room was in a good size but didn’t have any place in the room to place the luggage’s on! We have to open them on the floor. Nice and cozy resort. The restaurant was beautiful, however breakfast and coffee was served cold most of the time. Location was excellent. So many shops & restaurants around and walkable to everything. I still recommend this place. "
