"We spent a quick two nights and Adamas was a haven in a busy place. The communication prior to arriving was excellent and they took a very late dinner reservation when we arrived as we didn’t know what we’d do for dinner at 9pm when we arrived and was warned it wasn’t safe. Llame por teléfono a la dueña del departamento y me respondió 10 minutos después pero fueron eternos , pensé tendria que buscar otro lugar , el departamento fue pagado con un mes de antelación."

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
