"The property is excellent. Has gorgeous mountain views from the rooftop pool, gym and the restaurant. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a great spread and delicious. There is not many activities to do around but then that is true for most of the places in Kerala. "There was a party in one of the adjacent rooms and after complaining they alloted another room to us. Turns out that one of the drunks managed to open the room alloted to us and sleep in it and management could pretty much do nothing. Our 10 year old found out someone under the bedsheet when she walked into the room. Bed linen had stains in them and towels were not washedand had a brown hue. Great location near to the temple but this is not a place that families can stay. "
