"After a mix up with other accommodation we had to make an emergency booking on the day. So our experience of the hotel was brief. However it was also a very pleasant one. The service from the staff at check in was spot on and took very little time. The room was surprisingly large and had everything you would need. The bed was comfy and there was a bath as well as a shower which pleased the wife!! Overall we had a short but very pleasant stay, so i would recommend it."

"Barcalo Royal Level was a great resort - the room was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. THe main hotel areas are very clean and neatly laid out. The communal toilets near restaurant and pool need some repairs, but every other common area was very nice. The restaurants are so good, the amount of food was amazing and the variety was A LOT!
