For our anniversary trip, the hotel staff upgraded us to the Hunter Suite and surprised us with a lovely bottle of local sparkling wine—such a thoughtful touch! We also had dinner at Botanica, one of their associated restaurants, located about a 15-minute drive from the hotel. The meal was excellent and well worth the trip. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight, as we enjoyed it...

"Good family facility well appointed room, farm for kids, lawn games, great food coffee beverage and lovely staff. Beware check in if you do not have a physical plastic card (it’s 2024 resort!). We didn’t. Had paid in full upfront. Don’t accept digital cards, wouldn’t put deposit on card, wanted cash! Was 30 mins of ringing banks and credit card company to get full card number before we could check in. Not ideal after a road trip with a 1 and 3 year old. Thought at one point we would have to go...
