"The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. Hotel is located in the city centre, which makes traveling super convenient. The staff at the concierge even gave us a cute handdrawn map for tourist attractions and local food. Absolutely loved it!"

I made a feedback about my room being very hot and the aircon was not working due to their switching off the compressor. nothing was done. 2nd day, made the same feedback as i woke up at 10pm, and 4am twice each night and called to feedback. "Everything was great, however there is not very much in the surrounding area. Certainly nothing within walking distance. "

"The hotel it self is great the staff were so easy to work with. The grounds were beautiful to walk around. The only downside is there is no where to walk too its not in a tourist type part of the city. If your looking to go shopping its not close."
