"I recently stayed at Hotel Arte in Switzerland. While the service was pleasant, the hotel itself felt quite small and was not in a very accessible location. Additionally, I was disappointed that they charged for the continental breakfast, which I felt should have been included."

"Front desk staff were extremely courteous, provided us with a map and some ideas for shopping and dining nearby (though prepare yourself for the price of dining out in Switzerland generally). During my family’s 2 week European trip, Central Hotel Post had the most comfy beds of our entire vacation, and the strongest water pressure of any shower I have ever seen (always a pleasant surprise, in my book). "Great family vacation hotel"

"The all-in-one hotel is a short drive to the Celerina Gondola. We used it on a ski trip. They have assigned lockers for ski equipment, a good breakfast bar, and offer meals with a limited menu. It was reasonably priced compared to other options. The laundry machines were free. The interior is stark, with bare concrete walls and hard floors. We would stay there again."

"I really loved this property and truthfully cannot complain much about it. The area was beautiful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only downside was that not every employee treated me at the same level as some of the other guests. I believe this was due to my age. However, while checking in, the couple in front of me were given a lot of information regarding the spa, breakfast, ski shuttle, and more amenities. I was simply given the room key and had to ask multiple questions about the hotel and all it had to offer. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and loved the hotel. "
