"Citizen M is a tech savvy quirky hotel with a fabulous staff. We chose the breakfast option and the food choices were great. They also made wonderful lattes. Jann (not sure of the spelling) was so informative and helpful. The location is very convenient. The metro is right across the street. Tivoli garden entrance is right around the corner. The rooms are very functional and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. I didn’t hear any of my neighbors or street noise. I loved...

"Location was very convenient and central (walkable to central station and main city centre). They provided us a family room with a lake view. Good breakfast served early w/ several choices. We will return again to this hotel for our next visit to Copenhagen."

"What a wonderful hotel and room! Very modern, quiets; clean. A bit of a walk to the main tourist areas but there was a bus nearby. The shopping mall next door has terrific sit down restaurants as well as quick eats. And a grocery store there as well. Would definitely recommend."

"Amazing hotel! Bikeable, walkable, shopping, restaurants, bike rental, gym and free delicious breakfast every day. Fitness room is tiny but ok. The only complaint is loud music at night on weekend you can hear in your room. Bring a sound machine"

"The hotel overall is great. The breakfast is big and there are enough options that get well restocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Also there is no noise coming from other rooms which is quite nice Only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge so we could cool some drinks. The hotel is a little bit on the noisy side due to between a busy road and the train tracks which means if you sleep with windows open, you might wake up due to the sounds."
