"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "

"My stay was let down by a very unhelpful and rude member of the bar staff. I have a food allergy and asked for the allergen list. He stated that they don't have one... He wasn't at all interested in helping and claimed that none of the food had the allergen that I have (false). His attitude was one of I don't want to help, I don't want to look for the list, tough! "

"While checking in close to midnight I was told my booking was cancelled. Only because I insisted for 10 minutes, I received a room. The room was very large, nice and comfortable bed. clean shower. Breakfast was okay, fresh and yet very standard. Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the train station which was very convenient to me. The wellness area is nice and clean, swimming pool is very small (not for swimming...)"
