Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, Personal an der Rezeption okay, beim Frühstück hervorragend. Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr gut, Wasser für Tee leider nicht heiß. Schwimmbad und Sauna gut, Infrarotkabine leider außer Betrieb. Handtücher in diesem Bereich fehlen und Wäschekörbe für mirgebrachte Handbücher sind am Boden schimmilig. The big complaint is that, despite emails sent, the hotel never reported the stay to Hotels.com, and hence we have still not received our bonus stamps for the two nights. Since this was not reported even after a reminder email, I conclude that the behavior is intentional, so if you are collecting rewards you should AVOID THIS HOTEL!"
