"Wir hatten das Hotel zum Jahreswechsel für 3 Tage, 3 Monate im Voraus gebucht und über hotels.com auch eine Buchungsbestätigung 4 Tage vor Anreise bekommen. Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Buchung im System auffindbar war und man uns mitteilte, dass KEINE Zimmer über hotels.com angeboten wurden. (Gegenbeweis über die Hotels.com App noch vor Ort beeindruckte nur wenig.) Man habe aber noch ein Zimmer in einem ebenfalls vom Betreiber betriebenen Hotel (Kurhotel...
