"The Condo at Sand Hallow was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The only complaint that I have is the kitchen supplies. Pans for cooking were old and worn out, everything I cooked stuck to the pan, and silverware was sparse for 4 people. The accent chair in the living room was broken and couldn't sit in without sinking to the bottom. Overall a beautiful place to stay."

"My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned...

"Our family had a great time. The property was very nice and comfortable. The activities available were fun for our young family. We enjoyed swimming and tennis and ping pong, mini golf and fuse ball. It’s nice to stay in a place you can stretch out and not just a hotel where you only have a bed and TV. The staff was really nice and helpful. "

Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Icemaker for refrigerator was broken with note stating such. A/C stopped working the second day (Saturday), either it was programmed that way or a malfunction. Call to management went unreturned after leaving voice message on Sunday. Second call to management company was answered...
