1) We were promised 2 rooms on the 5th floor. They gave us one, the other on the 2nd floor where pets are allowed. They had no other rooms they said (person was allergic to pet hair etc)! 2) Fifth floor room had sewer smell from the toilet area and no “engineer” to fix it. The manager knew immediately what it was. We put up with it for 2 nights. Our friends got moved the second day to the 5th floor and they had sewer smell too! 3) The sheets were very crisp- looked nice until you slept in them. We have never gotten chafing from sheets like this before. The rooms were nicely decorated and had sofa beds. There are no restaurants nearby. You have to drive to go to restaurants. Across the way is the convention center. Personnel were ok. Will not stay there again for the price we paid way in advance. Also, the sewer smell and sheets will dissuade us….

This was our second stay, having stayed on our drive to California. Now coming home it was really our only choice. Great location, many nearby dining options, electric car charging station, very comfortable rooms, and a very welcoming and hospitable staff! We’ll be back!!

We had a quick but pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place. We only stayed one night, and this fit our needs nicely. Stayed with my family of 6. The room was advertised as sleeping 6, and it was definitely not spacious, but we hadn’t expected it to be. The beds were comfortable, and we were pleased to have a convenient and nice place to spend the night as we were breaking up the drive to our actual vacation spot. The free breakfast was convenient and had everything we needed. We love having that option since we were traveling with our young children. Everything was cleaned and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional.

This our second stay at a Hyatt Place. It’s an excellent choice for us. The hotel is conveniently located, easy to get to right off I-15. Friendly staff, hot jacuzzi, electric car chargers, and the room is spacious and comfortable! It still has a new feel to it. We’ll be back!
