"Large new refurbished rooms in a good location. Very good value for a few nights stay. Disappointing that the reception area is still quite old and badly in need of a revamp. Staff are always welcoming and helpful."

"The shower had mould in it, the shower head was broken. The floor had quite a build up of dust around the skirting boards and furniture. The elevator security isn’t great, you don’t need to swipe your card to use it, anyone from the public can access the hotel and go to any floor they’d like which feels very unsafe."

"Rendezvous Hotel is so well positioned for a stay in Melbourne especially close yo Flinders station and tram stops. The old world feel of the hotel remains even though the room I stayed in had been renovated beautifully. "

"Overall, a nice stay. Spacious room with comfy bed and amenities. Secure parking on site. Air con in our room was effective but extremely loud and whistled all night. Desk staff didn't really know what local facilities were about, ie we asked where the nearest bar was and they directed us down St Kilda Rd to a burger place, when there was one open immediately across the street."

"Amazing new hotel right on the doorstep of Queen Victoria Market - walk out the front door in the morning and fantastic coffee and pastries are right there! The room was very comfortable and modern and the rainforest shower was so good. Minimal noise (considering the location) which seemed to disappear about 9.30pm. Highly recommended."
