"The townhouse was spacious and clean, well positioned for our needs (lots of driving to various stadiums for basketball). The host, Wayne, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of amenities to make our 4 night stay very comfortable (the children loved the hot chocolate and tv channels!). Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Coat hangers and cupboards for unpacking our suitcases helped us to feel settled in. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend :)"

"Booked the property through Expedia but it was a property managed by partner Stayz. Both agencies sent confirmation notices but there was no check-in information. I didn't hear anything and got worried so I phoned a number and got a random help line. The property had been gone for a couple of weeks. I then had to scramble to find somewhere else. Much angst. Added expense. Loss of time. I still need to chase my refund. Not impressed at all. Expedia has never disappointed me in the past. Hopefully...

"Moonhouse is a basic but comfortable cottage for a couple for a short term stay. Although the decor is simple we had all of our basic needs catered for and the cottage was clean. Some milk left in the refrigerator would have been appreciated. A refurbishment of the weedy garden area outside the cottage and along the walkway to the entrance would greatly improve the overall appeal of this property. "

"The apartment was great, but we had to rummage through some dirty patch of grass nowhere near the apartment to locate the key. This was a complete joke, it is not a cheap apartment which is tarnished by this absurd key location thing. I would Not recommend this apartment to anyone."
