The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "

"Splendida location ma la gestione della spiaggia e' pessima. Primo non e' spiaggia privata ma pubblica con diritto di ombrellone. Tutti possono accedere basta pagare. Secondo la spiaggia non esiste piu' il mare se le mangiata; le foto del sito sono vecchie e bugiarde. Non avrei prenotato se il sito di prenotazione fosse stato aggiornato."

The design is beautiful, but be aware that the entire resort is terraced off into multiple levels, so there is lots of stairs. However, there are some strategically located elevators for those that have trouble navigating flights of stairs.
