"The hotel room was beautiful, me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we had a tower view of our local Rotterdam and of a night it was wow. The staff were extremely helpful, any questions we had they would help guide us and even the cab drivers gave us ideas on what to do. We didn't use the restaurant or bar so we cannot comment on those. Slept well, room was clean. "

"The hotel was good , all the staff were nice except one lady (her name is Tiffany ) she was so rude and not friendly at all , her attitude was very bad and I was so upset and couldn’t stand her being rude to me and to my husband. Secure parking onsite rather than public parking Had issue with photographer using flash whilst having dinner but staff were very professional and dealt with admirably. Would highly recommend hotel.
