"Staff was friendly but it was average hotel especially for the price. The pool area and beach was very close but during the week (including Saturday) the sound of construction next door over shadowed the sound of the waves. We would have never selected this hotel if we would have known about the construction. Our trip was the last week of March 2025 and I'd assume the construction will be under way for another month or 2 as a minimum, make sure to verify before staying here. "

"We were places in a room overlooking the pool area (balcony) 3rd floor…right beside the hallway bathrooms and convention space… very loud and crowded by that room… and the music was so loud at midnight—I had to call at 12:16 and was assured it would be off soon-I had to call again 15 min later. This was a nightly issue. The water was turned off for emergency maintenance from 10am-4pm with a warning letter—we had dinner reservations at 7:00 that night. The rooms all looked towards the beach! Pool area is nice! Just across the beach and state park! Only place I will be booking if I visit Fort Lauderdale! "
