"Room was excellent, very modern comfortable with continental breakfast provided. Having a balcony overlooking the ocean was wonderful. An appreciated extra was an EV charger enabling me to wake up to a fully charged car in the morning. We were extremely happy but around 10.30 pm we suddenly were bombarded with loud music with thumping drums and bass. This continued until 1am which made it very difficult to sleep. "Just a short 20 minutes drive to the cradle mountain national park area, our room was very comfortable with a big bath tub to relax in. The heater was great during colder night. There is a cafe across the street offer good selection of food but we mostly enjoyed cooking on the back veranda with our camp cooktop and eating with beautiful forest view. We saw pademelons showing up everyday in the back yard and they were the cutest. "

"We loved our return visit to the Madsen at Penguin. We were ab le to stay in a room overlooking the beach and with opening window we could listen to the waves as we went to sleep. The Queen sized bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Microwave and tea making with plunger coffee available. Very close to shops, cafes and the Penguin Brewing Co. We love staying here"

"Glencoe is a lovely old house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Irene was extremely welcoming and informative. The room was comfortable with a really comfortable bed. The ensuite was on the small size, but that is hardly surprising as the house would not originally have been built with one and it was certainly not a problem so long as there was only one person in it at a time. "We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest.
