"This hotel was nice, the only thing I was not a big fan of was the overcrowded lobby. I felt like it was a hassle to enter and exit the doors because people were permitted to block doorways and the main hallway to get to the elevators. I understand people are eager to congregate, but a kind reminder to move over for guests just trying to get up to their rooms by staff would have made the experience much more welcoming. "

"Beautiful hotel, with pleasant staff, and quick and easy check-in. Beautiful, clean rooms. The beds are oh-so-comfy! But Marco Polo Restaurant in the hotel is an Asian-Italian Fusion...let me tell you! We purposely stay here and eat when we go to Westbury Music Fair because this food is so delicious!! Best Sirloin Steak! Meats over Lo-Mein noodles that are indescribable! Cannot wait for our visit!!"

"Front desk staff and cooking/serving staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was pretty tasty, with good scrambled eggs, though bacon was a tad salty. Bananas provided were nice and fresh -- just right. Dinner ordered from the Volpe restaurant tasted good. Pro tip if the weather's good -- you can take your food out into their very nice outdoor courtyard. I had more trouble than usual getting their shower to work.
