"We were looking for a quiet, comfortable spot for a few days to unwind. The Dales fit the bill perfectly. The location is such that whilst the hotel is in the heart of the countryside, it is also close to many Norfolk attractions and holiday spots. The staff were professional, attentive and personable. For us, there was everything to like about this hotel."

"The hotel is in the beautiful setting and location wise it is great. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean/modern. My main criticism of the hotel is the fact that you have to book a swim session and you only get 30mins per day. That was a real disappointment . Being there with a young family, we would have appreciated the flexibility and freely available use of the pool. One other point to note was that the plugs in the room were not placed thoughtfully.
