"We arrived to the property at 2:30, with a 3:00 check-in. Our room was not ready, which we expected, so we went out for half an hour. When we return a little after 3pm they said our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes or more. We were tired and really wanted to freshen up. The staff were unapologetic (an apology and making the customer feel like they are the priority goes a long way) and made us almost feel like we were imposing expecting the room to be ready on time. "Wonderful staff who make you feel at home. Local place in an amazing former Ambassador's house with history and culture. Bit out of the way but quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and pool. Not for the business traveler who wants a 24 hour service, gym and bar, but great for couples, small family, and end of long trip repose. Moroccan food is fantastic!"

"When traveling with family, the first thing you concern about is the comfort of your family, this place has it all, the service is great, all over, inside the room and outside, in the entire hotel. The restaurant at the fifth floor is an amazing place… I write this review not only because I appreciate this hotel, but because other hotels don’t have these things…, other hotels focus on the place, outside appearances and leave the room without any services… "
