"This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli at night "

Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. "We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is well located to several beaches and the grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. We did not stay at the hotel, we stayed in one of the rooms(called a suite) within the hotel grounds. Staff at the front desk were polite and check in/out process was quick and easy.
