"The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast experience needs a serious upgrade. Regular coffee, as opposed to espresso based coffees, is self into cups with no saucers. The cups very much need saucers, they are not saucer-less mugs. On both days we were there the coffee cups ran out, and the cereal bowls ran out. The service of the staff members, bar one, was reflective of holiday temps, out of place in a 5-star establishment. "This was my second stay at this hotel, good breakfast, lots of choice, comfortable room, and lovely staff. Rooms were cleaned and stocked every day. Good hotel overall. Had a good view of the alps and the airport runway from my 5th floor room. Supermarkets were close to the hotel which was convenient as well as a bus stop to get in to Verona city if you’re not driving. "
