"We only stayed one night, But was very impressed with the hotel hospitality and the dinning! Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. This beautiful town in Italy has so much to offer. Will definitely recommend and return."

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. Since we were the only foreigners in the hotel they made us feel out of place. I...

"We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will definitely stay there again. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had our bikes with us and there is a safe space to store and set up the bikes. Also, the Kellar steakhouse underneath is a massive bonus!"

"It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in the price. Access to the slopes was awesome, too. Ski locker for free. Our rooms were spacious and had plenty of beds. the pool was simple but fun, about 40 inches deep throughout. The building itself and fixtures in the room and throughout are rather aged and in need of update, but it was a good deal for the price. "We loved our stay here! We were travelling by bicycle and the storage, washing of daily sports gear service, saunas and spa facilities were great. Our room had a terrace and views over the beautiful garden and mountains beyond. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options incl. fresh fruits and honeycomb. We would happily stay again."
