"Pros: 1) good location, 2) friendly staff, speaking English, 3) satisfactory food. 4) Good breakfast. Many types of coffee including cappuccino, juices, water from dispensers. Cons: 1) We had a full board which means breakfast, lunch and dinner. To our surprise, for lunch and dinner all drinks disappeared, including water from dispensers; you are forced to buy expensive bottled water. "Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow."

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. "Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. "Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike.
